Description

This duplex has several recent upgrades. In unit 97, the kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and bathroom have all been updated in the last 3 years. In unit 95, the cabinets were updated in 2020. The siding and roof were replaced in 2020. We bought this for our daughter to live in during college. She is graduating soon and ready to move out. Rents may be low as we have not raised them because we were renting to her close friends. Both units have a garage. The lower unit has a screened in porch in the back. Located very close to SIUE and easy to rent to students. Water, Sewer, and trash have been paid by owner. There is only one water meter for both units. Total expenses included, water, sewer, trash, insurance and taxes.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from April 29, 2025
