Large & spacious living room with a patio with beautiful views provides plenty of room to make the apartment your own. There is lots of storage space, with one bedroom having 2 closets including one walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a huge closet also. Laundry located inside the apartment. Washer & Dryer are included. Apartment comes with one car space carport that has personal storage space. There is a lot of off-street parking space. Apartment is just minutes from all the amenities, parks, downtown Edwardsville, SIUE & YMCA. WATER, SEVER, TRASH INCLUDED IN RENT. We pay HOA fees which helps maintain the common yard area, snow removal and all outside maintenance.

Minimum requirements include verifiable income 3 times the rent of the house, non smoker, no history of evictions, credit score 600+. If the credit score is less than 600 we might consider your application if you have a guarantor. More than three pets will not be allowed. No more than two pets with weight greater than 50 lb will be allowed. Certain dog breeds are not allowed. There is a refundable pet deposit and monthly pet fees based on the pet's weight.

Application process includes zillow rental application, supplemental application form, documents as listed in supplemental application form, feedback from the landlord. Applications will be considered on a first come first serve basis. In case of multiple applicants, we first work with those who have already filled out the zillow application.

Tenants will be responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Yard can be maintained by the owner if requested but with additional cost. Per the City of Edwardsville - no more than 3 unrelated adults may lease the home.
