He left the new state of the art school for an older school which honestly gave me pause.He returned for the 2022-2023 school year and is continuing to thrive. He is receiving an excellent education and is well on track to succeed in college and more importantly in life.The staff genuinely cares about his success, too. The substitutes chosen are of poor choice! The principal is non existent and there’s no structure! My child learns absolutely nothing while she’s at school! "A significant amount of homes are filled with happy, wagging tails. Main issues: Excessive barking due to inconsiderate neighbors, dead spots/harmed landscaping due to inconsiderate neighbors allowing their dogs to urinate on private properties. Most people pick up poop, but the dog urine harms a lot of yards/flower beds/plants. HOA issues strongly worded letters, but little is achieved according to numerous resident accounts. "

"Beautiful area with large wooded lots, some over an acre. Heavily wooded and close to the river and National park area. Historic Roswell less than three miles with wonderful restaurants, antique shops, specialty retail, and entertainment. Two large shopping malls less than seven miles (one north and one south). Quick access to GA 400 (less than 3 miles) and rapid transit station less than five miles. Clubhouse facilities including horse stables within the Huntcliff Neighborhood bordering an 18 hole private golf course."

"This area is tucked away along the Chattahoochee River corridor with access to 3 major Park and Recreation Areas within 1 mile plus neighborhood amenities, Private Golf Club, convenient shopping, dining and expressway access.
