We are looking for a person (or two, no exceptions due to septic system limitations) who would be willing to oversee the property which includes a large vacation rental cabin, the caretaker log cabin, and a woodshop building. Such person would need to be trustworthy, responsible, and willing to be friendly and helpful to our vacation clients.
Caretaker duties take an average of about 8-10 hours per month. Our villa vacationers use a lockbox to access the villa, so it is not necessary to be present for check-in or check-out.
Winter Caretaker Duties: Clear snow off decks and stairs of three cabins, turn on generator when electricity goes out, keep grounds tidy, light maintenance as needed, occasional contact with villa vacation guests.
Summer Caretaker Duties: Weekly lawn maintenance, keep grounds tidy (including firepit/dock area), light maintenance as needed, regular contact with villa vacation guests.
12 month lease, available June.
Sorry, absolutely no smokers, but we will consider one pet.

Such person would need to be trustworthy, responsible, and willing to be friendly and helpful to our vacation clients. 2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children who currently attend Houston Middle School. I am pleased with the individual attention that they receive at this school. One of my children is at the higher end of academic performance and is constantly challenged by teachers to reach higher goals. My other student requires extra academic attention and teachers are proactive to ensure that this attention is given. In addition, teachers respond in a very timely fashion when I e-mail about questions or concerns that I have. The small school environment has been very beneficial to my family.Parent Review11y ago - Houston High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI would not recommend this school, drugs are easily accessible and if they don’t like you, they will definitely make that known. Very unprofessional on how they handle issues.Parent Review2y ago - Willow Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child attends this school ant it is very nice. It has structure for the children and a lot of programs for students. This school does a lot of family oriented game nights and fund raisers for students. The community is always very supportive of the activities the children attend. Willow Elementary Staff and PTA do what they can to get families and the community involved in decision making for just about everything. I love the staff and the community and the values shared and fought in this school. VERY PLEASE.Parent Review9y ago - Check out schools near 9476 N Erica Dr.
