Selected tenant will also be required to provide a renter's insurance policy naming the owner's as additional insured. An application and application guidelines list can be emailed for review.

    "People are walking dogs all the time and it’s a pleasant environment for animals. However, be careful of coyotes because they are very present. Walk dogs close by and on a leash to be safe. Many coyotes have been seen in the area and reports of attacking small animals are not uncommon. Unfortunately with the river beds nearby, there isn’t much that can be done except being aware of your surroundings and being prepared. "
