Please note, this is not a shared living situation. The tenant will have essentially their own private unit. If you are looking for something nice, in a safe neighborhood, then you will likely love this property. The community also has a private park, bocci ball, horse shoe pit, & a basketball court. Also, the community is adjacent to a beautiful 40 acre nature preserve (Los Jilgueros Preserve) that is great for walking.
