The community pool is steps away, tennis and pickleball courts on premise. Enjoy sunset every night with the beautiful bay view. There is a carport so park one vehicle out of the elements. Very close to the grocery store and Mariners Hospital in Tavernier.

The price listed of $3500 (taxes applicable) is available from August 2024 through December 2024. Peak months being January through April have a higher monthly rental. Please contact for winter month prices. Should the rental request fall between 2-4 months a $2500 security/reservation deposit is due upon receipt of the fully executed agreement being signed. This is applied towards the rent with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Should the condo be booked with less than 45 days the entire amount is due upon receipt of the fully executed agreement being signed.
The Tenant is responsible for the care of the premises, appliances, furnishings and for any and all damage by negligent or wrongful acts caused by the Tenant or Tenant's guest(s). Tenant agrees that Owners may charge for any damages, replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear. Demand for damages will be submitted upon inspection and cleaning of the property no later than 30 days from date of departure by Registered Mail. Excessive utilities will be calculated from the Owners bills and charged as well .3The remaining balance will be due 100% payment is due

Should the rental exceed 6 months or more, a security payment is required, plus first months rent upon receipt of the fully executed agreement being signed. Renter pays water, electric, no pets allowed. Rental does not include boat slip. Boat slip could be included for additional cost.

Rent must be for at least 2 months. This is a requirement of the Association. You will also have to complete the background checks of the Association which entails a small fee.
