Due to move in is first months rent and security deposit. If you move in the middle of the month, the rent would be pro-rated.

-Upload Valid ID such as Driver's license, State ID, learners permit, or passport, etc.
-Healthy Credit Score (Will not consider below 600)
-Provide 1-2 landlord references (to make sure rent was paid on time)
(If this is your first apartment, that is okay). (A cosigner may be required)
-No recent evictions/housing-judgments (with or without balances)
-Must pass background check.
