Application can be filled out on Zillow and is non-refundable.
Pet Rent: $25/month per pet
Max number of pets: 2
Pet Weight restriction: No bigger than 50 lbs per pet
If you have pets, renter's insurance will be required and proof must be provided prior to move-in
You may select your own renter's insurance
Breed restrictions apply due to my home owners insurance.
Restricted Breed list: Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweilers, Husky's, Akita's, Malamutes, Rottweilers, German Shepherd's, Mastiffs, Fila Brasileiro, Dogo Argentino, Boxers, and Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of the aforementioned breeds.

Due to move in is first months rent and security deposit. If you move in the middle of the month, the rent would be pro-rated.

Pet Deposit of $350 per pet and a pet rent of $25/month per pet.

-Must make 2.5x rent so must make $3,750 minimum (if you apply you must show recent proof of income such as paystubs or at least 2 months worth of recent LES's)
-If you have a voucher, you do not need to meet the 2.5x income requirement but proof of voucher must be provided if you fill out an application
-Upload Valid ID such as Driver's license, State ID, learners permit, or passport, etc.
-Healthy Credit Score (Will not consider below 600)
-Provide 1-2 landlord references (to make sure rent was paid on time)
(If this is your first apartment, that is okay). (A cosigner may be required)
 -No recent evictions/housing-judgments (with or without balances)
-Must pass background check.
