Not much of a local social life for young singles but it’s family oriented and a safer neighborhood for kids and single parents. I moved up here to avoid traffic going to work. Wonderful equestrian area with acre plus lots and a sewer moratorium to prevent density and mitigate ugly sprawl. Growth will come, but our community planners have done a great job."
