One-time membership Subscription: $2,000

* These carrying charges and subscription fees are specific to households with incomes at 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI). At 70% AMI, the maximum income for a 1BR is set at $69,725 (1 person) or $79,675 (2 persons), or $89,650. Monthly Carrying charges vary based on apartment size and household income of the applicant. To qualify, file an application demonstrating adequate income, high-quality credit, and willingness to participate in the Cooperative.
