About this House

Cats welcome, but not accepting applicants with dogs at this time.

This two story townhouse is at the end of its row, so you'll only have a neighbor on one side. There are two assigned parking spaces right in front of the home with plenty of visitor parking along the street to the side. The front door is about 100 yards away from the East Decatur Greenway, where you can walk or bike separated from car traffic. The back yard is fully fenced, and it also has a storage shed that you will have access to. This home is about 1 mile away from the Avondale Marta station and 1.2 miles away from the Avondale Town Green. You'll be about about 1.5 miles away from the downtown Decatur square, 1.5 miles away from Publix, 2 miles away from Your Dekalb Farmers Market, and 2 miles away from Kroger.

The property is managed by a former resident/owner, so you won't have to deal with all of the charges involved with renting from a management company: I do not charge lease renewal fees, I do not require pet security deposits, nor do I charge a monthly pet fee. If you have an issue or need anything repaired, I'll be your contact person every time.

A little disclaimer about the spare bedrooms: they are quite small (about 9.5ft x 9.5ft), and would probably only fit a twin or full sized bed, at most (assuming you'd still want space for other furniture).

If you'd like to schedule a showing, please email me using the contact link on this site.

Thanks!

Please contact me before applying.

Applicants must have a monthly gross income of 3x the monthly rent ($5,850/month), good credit scores, and good current and past referrals.

Renter is responsible for utilities and for landscape maintenance. The backyard is fully mulched and shouldn't require much attention. The front yard can be managed with a weed whacker.

Washer and dryer are provided, but any repairs/replacement are at the discretion and responsibility of the renter(s). Owner is responsible for all other appliances.

Owner is responsible for pest control.

Renters insurance required.

Thanks!
