It offers two bedrooms and a loft, forest views with two decks, and a bonus tiny home!

You will have the entire property with the main cabin and tiny home to yourself!

The front porch is screened in with its own wood-burning fireplace, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the fall colors and woodland views. While viewing our back property, you will see deer and other wildlife regularly pass through the trees.

Inside, you will be greeted by a fully upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and a floor-to-ceiling stone backsplash. The huge wood-burning fireplace dominates the main living area, with vaulted ceilings and expansive woodland views completing the rustic atmosphere. The enclosed rear porch area features extra futons and a gas fireplace next to the breakfast nook to soak in the forest views.

Both bedrooms in the main cabin feature woodland views and vaulted ceilings, and the guest bedroom has a loft area for older children to sleep in bunk beds!

As a bonus with the property, adjacent to the main cabin sits our separate bunkhouse with a shower and bathroom for guests who want the ultimate in woodland privacy. Both spaces are equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet and TVs with streaming services.

This is a month to month or long term rental. Utilities are covered by owners and included in the rent.

Small dogs are allowed. $250 pet deposit

No smoking is allowed.

Monthly cleaning/walk through by our cleaning service is required.

    "vehicle is a must have commodity to get around when you live out of the town city limits. Unless you like to walk or ride a bike. They're are few other drawbacks as well. Communicating by cell phone is not very good around the countryside, lacking cell towers. This is a problem, even trying to get on the internet. Somedays are better than others but still we have poor reception. Other than that we have the beautiful outdoors. We can enjoy going to the national forest for hiking, camping, hunting, fishing or just driving around the back roads and enjoy scenery as well as wildlife. Living outside the city's limit might have it's drawbacks but you take the good and the bad as it comes and make the best of it."

    "Murphy, NC is a small community with all the basics (yes, including Walmart). There is a lot to do or you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. Winters are NOT harsh, however, you will need warm clothing. You can enjoy the wildlife from your back deck or walk the many trails throughout the county. Although Murphy will have a Casino come the Summer of 2015; it will have little impact on the quality of life."
