    "My community is quiet and rural. We have easy access to I95. We are about 20 mins to Kingsland or Brunswick and about an hour to Jacksonville or Savannah. We are about 15 mins from Jekyll Island state park and about 15 mins to the Atlantic Ocean. We are surrounded by marshes and abundant wildlife from hogs, deer in the woods to manatee, birds of all sorts and dolphins in the waterways. We have community picnics twice per year. Everyone is friendly and looks out for each other. Waverly is a nice place to live."
