Complex has clubhouse, pool, gym, pond, putting green, and dog park. WD hookups in unit, & on site laundry facility. Extra storage available on site & lots of parking. North Hills and Crabtree Valley Mall, in between the 440 and the 540. Close to shopping, restaurants, and parks.

1 year lease begins April 1, 2021. Need to be able to meet requirements of Shellbrook, complete their application, and sign their lease.
-Gross income must be 3X mthly rent
-pass background check & credit check
-application fee: $60/person or $75 for married couple
-minimum security deposit of $100 with good credit, up to 1 months rent if credit isn't good
-cats and dogs allowed: some restrictions apply

Lease ends June 18th with option to renew. Need to be able to meet requirements of management company:
