A second bedroom with a ceiling fan is located near a full guest bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Additional features include a dedicated laundry room with washer/dryer hookups and an attached garage. The back patio overlooks a lawn and neighborhood lagoon. Residents enjoy access to community amenities, including clubhouses, fitness centers, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, walking trails, golf courses, a dog park, and social spaces. Water, trash pickup, and routine landscaping are included in the rent. Pets are negotiable.

All leases signed with Middleton Street Property Management, will automatically be enrolled in our Resident Benefit Package. Our Resident Benefit Package was put into place to offer protection, convenience and pass on cost savings to you. This is a required package and will be billed as a monthly charge of $35.

There will be a $75 move-in admin fee due at lease signing. This is
a one time charge. Our inspector will do a walkthrough of the property
and document and take pictures of the property. You will have 48 hours
to report any discrepancies within the report or add the report.

Tenants are required to view the property prior to lease signing
and unfortunately, we can make no special arrangements to rent a
property sight unseen under any circumstance.

All payments for rent and other fees must be made online and are
subject to a fee.

    "Nearby car show events come frequently to area that is walkable from this neighborhood.We also have the University of South Carolina across the way which makes this neighborhood very desirable to any who have jobs or children that are looking to go to college without having the hefty bill of living on campus that usually comes with dormitory living. Overall, this community allows you to live near Hilton Heqd Islqnd without the hefty price tag and keeps you away from the busiest part of the area of Bluffton. It’s the best of both worlds. You live near all the popular tourist attractions, including Savannah, but are able to travel into any of the above mentioned locations within 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. Because this neighborhood is so close to Savannah, it will become your second home as you venture in often for the variety of dining, attractions and shopping. "
