The neighborhood is simply amazing. There is a brand new Jewel-Osco two blocks West. The Logan Center for the Arts is less than a block North. Tons of bars, restaurants, and cafes are within walking distance, as are Washington Park, Jackson Park, The Museum of Science and Industry, Promontory Point and the beautiful shore of Lake Michigan.

Lease is 12-months. The building is dog friendly. Rent includes heat and window AC unit. Tenant pays electric and cooking gas. One month's rent is due upon lease signing. There is a $200 move-in fee.
