Available August 1 - 4 bedroom 2 bath house Bike to CSUC and Bidwell Park, walk to downtown. 7 minute drive from Butte College Chico Annex. $2000 security deposit and off street parking.
This is a clean but simple house on a quiet street. I am looking for nice and courteous tenants who will take good care of the place.
Call if you have questions or would like to see the house. Steve. NO DOGS. It is a 1 year lease but ends on May 31, 2027 so not quite the full first year.
Drive by but DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS.
Please call me at the phone number listed, I do a quick phone interview prior to setting up a time for viewing. I do not have strict requirements around finances, background checks, etc. only that you have the resources to pay the rent on time. There is no application fee.
