Read what parents are saying about Chico Junior High SchoolHorrible special education teacher Holly Gutierrez. Tara Towne-Robins is unhelpful, rude and loves to nitpick, instead of lifting a finger to help. Attendance is an absolute mess. I took my child out as soon as possible. Everyone there is passive aggressive and expects you to read their minds, but never actually contact you and let you know what’s going on. Also, make sure you sign EVERYTHING, even optional documents or they threaten you. My child was so stressed she became Ill.
Posted by a parent on 8/11/2022I love this school! It's my last year here though...two years isn't enough! The teachers are all great and fair, the students are nice, there is a wide variety of electives, AWESOME rallies and dances, and fun lunchtime activites! I recomend Chico Junior 11 out of 10!

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe put our 3 kids at Notre Dame at the start of the 2020 school year and have been completely impressed by the staff, curriculum and quality of education they have received. We will not be returning to the public school system in Chico as it doesn't compare. Our kids are excited about learning, their teachers care about them and are even supportive of their activities outside the classroom. While we are not Catholic we have been impressed and the positive values our children are developing after only a year here.Parent Review2y ago
