"I love Somerset. I grew up in the area and I raised my children here and now my granddaughter is here. Every neighborhood or town has some less than desirable neighborhood or areas, but overall, Somerset is a safe and growing area."

"We have Lake Cumberland, a Waterpark, several family friendly parks. Downtown area has free outdoor movie once a month in Summer. "

"Small and quite. Very safe and kid friendly. I’ve live in it for years and never had any trouble. The neighborhood is very nice and everyone seems to care about keeping it clean and safe."

"Downtown is walkable but need more shops and restaurants. It is a beautiful little town but only a couple of restaurants are open after hours. There are a couple more that have Monday-Friday business hours. "

"My home is unique, no one can build behind us, and we want to sell it. It’s beautiful in our neighborhood!! We don’t want to leave but our home is way too large for just two people. There’s a beautiful hillside farm with cattle behind us, and Lake Cumberland is just over the hill from there. We can hear the speed boats every once in a while."
