"Good town schools are overrated. Kids get tossed to the wolves with zero follow up. They expect parents to play a larger role than is possible. "
  • Kyle Parrish
"The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with couples and people walking or jogging with their dogs and kids. There are kids playing basketball together outside. Great for raising a family"
  • Rebecca Clark
"I’ve lived here for one year and it feels safer than California. The people are very friendly. Nice area "
  • That_boi_dalton
"It has great schools and housing can be fairly cheap for a household with decent income. "
  • Jesse B.
"lake near by. dog parks. animal supply stores. animal control patrol area. animal hospital near by. excellent area for pet lovers"
  • Ozarks E. M.
"Cabot has tons of pride in its residents for their hometown and it’s obvious in the cleanliness and quality of its businesses and neighborhoods."
  • Tshriner1
"Safe, close to shopping and food. Small safe neighborhoods. Lots of nice schools close by. Good food for dining out."
  • Sethdc2013
"in apartment. pets cost extra each month and smaller space means no hyper energetic or large dogs. picking up after pet is required. do see the occasional dog being walked, but mostly small dogs with the occasional medium sized dog appearing every now and again."
  • Chalycelee8
"Wonderful community. Friendly bright neighbors. Feel safe and surrounds by good people. I love how there is a park to go play with the kids at."
  • Jemma
"The dog owners seem happy but I don’t see too many dogs because the land is spaced out and the dogs are in their own yard. "
  • Amanda N. W.
"Commuting is a struggle. I drove to southwest Little Rock for 6 years. I had two accidents and witnessed countless ones on highway 67/167. It is getting better but is still a challenge. Cabot traffic has gotten better but has a long ways to go. Growth causes growing pains. "
  • Candyharris1120
"Don't really know haven't lived here that long. Schools and parks are well kept up. The city is very clean and doesn't have much crime. The neighborhood's are usually well kept and people are very friendly. The dog park is very clean. Their are a variety of different churches, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, convenience stations, golf courses, fishing places and much more are well kept up. "
  • Timboyerusaf
"Friendliness and neighborliness. Prices are low for the safety and conveniences here. There is a very large contingency of service members or retired military here. The schools are also among the best I’ve ever seen. Our children are cared for and challenged by staff who take their responsibilities very seriously. This is a great place to live. "
  • Lmesa92
"During school it can be a little slow, but otherwise easy to get to and from locations. Driving to Little Rock can be slow, but driving northbound is very easy. "
  • Zack S.
"I see people walking dogs all the time! and I myself love dogs. it's great here! dog owners wouldn't like the lack of sidewalks in like neighborhoods. near main maybe yes and partially down second."
  • Gail C.
"Neat clean apartments and grounds. People are friendly. In the mornings and evenings you see everyone out walking their dogs. "
  • Joey R.
