"Short 10 min drive. Depending on time of day. Some conveniences are within walking distance. It would help if the city tried to bring some more small business in rather than depending on rooftops for a tax base. "

" This is safe small Historical Old Town Erie, kids can ride around on trails In old town they can ride or walk to downtown get ice cream go to the park, small town. New housing area I'm not as sure about. Trails connect to many new areas."
