Just 3 minutes to the Little River and 11 miles of walking and bike trails. Horse back riding, exploring caverns, fishing, tubing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking, photography, etc. Endless options for whatever makes your heart happy and your soul smile! About 30 minutes to the heart of Pigeon Forge and about 40 to Gatlinburg. 20 minutes away to nearest hospital. Rates start at $900-$1100 (yearly) rate, 6 months rate is $1000-$1200 and monthly is $1200- $1300. Deposit will vary. Sorry but we are not able to take dogs at this time.

Electric, water, septic, trash, yard included in price. Different rental rates depending on length of stay, yearly is the cheapest. Deposit will vary depending on length of stay as well. Pets allowed with proof of insurance.
