It will be renovated with fresh paint, new wooden floors, blinds, etc., to be ready to move in by June 5th. Deposit is $800 and credit check fee is $35. The city is out growing its small city infrastructure. Making traffic horrific. Enormous warehouses being built inside the city, will create local jobs! This week the local Walmart has installed one way gates located inside the store to block consumers from exiting. Soliciting for Tamales, washing of your windows and petitions are a daily practice."
