This unit also has attached storage room off of the kitchen which could used for storage, living area or office. Must see to appreciate all of the nice things about this place.

No smoking inside dwelling (this will be enforced), no subleasing, credit check required, one year (12 months) lease, water utility is included in rent. Small (under 35lbs) dog ok.

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
