Huge house with a beautiful, unique, view. You have to see it to appreciate it. The rent is $2,600 a month, the deposit is $2,000. It is 2,458 square feet which includes 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2 part living room, family room, and dining room. This property is directly in front of Sweetwater Reservoir and has a spectacular view of the water and the mountains. Look up the location on Zillow.com or Google Earth.There is grass in the front and back yard. Hardwood floors are throughout with ceramic tile in the kitchen and hallway. This house has been recently remodelled. It has a central heating and air conditioning system as well as a gas fire place in the family room adjacent to the view of the reservoir. The kitchen has been recently updated. The fridge has an ice maker and water. Included is also a dishwasher, and range. Every window has a quality blind as well there are some skylights. The garage is overszied which easily accomadates the Laundry area. Both gas and electric hookups are available.There is a covered patio in the back which is a perfect place to enjoy the view. The master bedroom has a deck looking out to the water, and large walk in closet, and beside the walk in closet there is a big storage room.The house is available now. A good application, credit report, and income is absolutely required. Serious inquiries only. Pets are ok, however, there are restrictions on dogs, and a $500 dog deposit is required. No section 8. Tenant is responsible to pay for Electricity, gas, water, and trash. Landlord maintains landscaping at no extra cost. Minimum 1 year lease.
