Utilities: Tenants are responsible for electricity, water/sewer, natural gas, garbage, and internet/cable (if desired).
Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer.
Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care. Weeding, mowing, and watering the lawn with the built in irrigation during summer months. (May-September)
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
