This isn't just a neighborhood but a community with oyster roast, canoe racing, community pool, live bands and something to do on every holiday. This little community is even zoned for golf carts so you can ride to the next community event. Because this neighborhood is located on a peninsula there is so much wildlife, from the sounds of owls at night to deer in your own backyard. Please come by and look at this apartment, it won't last long. landlord pays for water, sewage, and trash. Washer and dryer to be included. We do not require perfect credit, but we do perform a credit check and landlord verification. We primarily look for income at 4 times the rental rate and a good rental history. One month's rent and one month deposit are typically needed to move in.If you have questions about your ability to qualify, we can do a prequal questionnaire to see if there are any challenges before applying.Our pet policy requires either a $300non-refundable deposit or a $30increase in rent.
