"So convenient and close to everything. A great walkable, biker friendly and safe community close to shopping and restaurants. The Braddock St metro station is very close and you’re less then 10 mins to the passenger drop off at Ronal Reagen National Airport."

"The quaint neighborhood is set back "off the beaten path" of north Old Town and extremely accessible to the parks and trails along the Mount Vernon/GW Parkway trail. The neighbors are easy going, fun, and helpful. The proximity to downtown Washington DC, historic Old Town Alexandria, Reagan National Airport, major highways (GW Parkway, 495/95 and 395), and more make it an ideal location, especially for young families. Brand new kitchen (countertops, cabinets, appliances, floors; 2008), newly installed wood floors in living room and kitchen (2008), and new HVAC system installed in 2011."
