It is on Park Ave, in the River Road neighborhood.
We have gotten a variety of spam in the past. To set up an appointment please respond with your full name and tell us something about yourself so that we know you are a real person and not malware. We apologize if we do not respond right away as we sometimes get too many folks interested to get back to immediately.
We offer rental applications to potential renters AFTER showing the home.
We DO NOT take deposits until a rental application has been approved.
There is NO application fee and we do NOT use the Zillow application function.
This sweet two-bedroom duplex has great light, charm and privacy (each side opens to a different street). It is warm and welcoming with various retro touches and an open design.
Approximately 1160 sq. ft.
2 Bedrooms (large bedroom has wood floors and the small bedroom is carpeted).
1 full Bathroom with Tile Floor.
Large Sunny Living Room with Gas Fireplace.
Gas Forced Air Heating and Central Air Conditioning.
Wood Floors in most of the home.
Large open unfenced front yard.
Small Private Cedar Fenced Backyard with Deck.
Washer and Dryer hook ups.
Small locking shed for tools and storage,
Lots of light.
Off-street parking.
NO Garage or Carport.
On Bus Route and Bike Path.
$1650 per month
Move-in costs:
Pro-rated first month + last month + month fully refundable security deposit.
There will also be a fully refundable pet deposit of $400 if there is a pet.
We can schedule some of this cost out over several months.
Tenants responsible for utilities and garbage.
Tenant to provide proof of renter's insurance.
Tenant must pass reference, employment, credit and criminal background checks.
NO TOBACCO USE inside house or by open doors/windows outside.
No growing or processing of cannabis products.
No subletting and No Airbnb.
PET INFORMATION:
We would consider a calm cat or dog at least 1.5 years old.
This property does NOT have a large fenced yard for an energetic dog.
Please bring your dog with you when you come to see the house.
There is no monthly pet rent.
No pets without prior written approval.
No loud barking dogs due to duplex and neighbors.
(no Akitas, Chows, American Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canarios, Shar Peis, or similar dogs).
Sorry: no snakes or ferrets. (even though we understand that yours is special).
