The application fee is $45 per application. 2) Combined household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. 3) Credit must currently be satisfactory. No evictions or recent bankruptcies. 4) Must provide 2 years of recent, consecutive verifiable rental history or homeownership. Rental history references must be satisfactory. 5) All applications must be submitted with a $250 holding deposit. 6) Incomplete applications will not be processed.
