The security deposit may NOT be used as last month's rent. Mandatory carpet cleaning is taken from deposit as are damages and replacement of missing items from property.

We use our own application. APPLICATION PROCESS is as follows:
1) Call to arrange a time when you both can tour the apartment.
2) Once both parties have toured the apartment, an application is available at the apartment at that time. It is to be completed by printing all information & returned to the apartment.
This is a smoke-free [vapor, e- or regular tobacco] and animal-free property - no exceptions!
91 S 200 E #4, Provo, Utah is subject to a lease for a minimum of a full, 12-month long lease period. All details are specified in the lease agreement. Owner maintains landscape and pays monthly water sewer and garbage bills.
Tenant maintains and keeps clean, and in good repair, the internal spaces; additionally, tenant keeps clean, swept and tidy the entrance to the individual apartment and removes snow after each storm from all stairs, walkways, driveway entrances and public sidewalks. Provo City assesses a fee for uncleaned walkways which owner will pass on to be paid with monthly rent if assessed. Lease details responsibilities of tenant for damages or repairs needed which are not due to general "wear and tear."
Off-street parking for only one car. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes of any kind.
