There are Crime Free, Drug Free, Smoke Free Lease Addendums and a lead-based paint waiver as this is an older home.

Tenant is required to obtain and provide proof of renters' insurance throughout the lease.

This was my parents' home since 1974. They took walks in the neighborhood nightly and my Dad in the mornings. Long term neighbors knew them and said my Dad was like the welcome ambassador and the watch that told them they were late for work depending if he'd gone by in the morning yet!
