1939 Lower Bird Streets French Colonial home, in the manner of architect Paul Williams, set on a third of an acre lot. This stately residence, shy of 5,000 square feet, is located in one of the most highly coveted areas, surrounded by multi-million dollar properties in the prestigious Doheny section of Los Angeles. One block from Beverly Hills and one block from West Hollywood, you are just a stones throw away from some of the trendiest restaurants and private membership clubs like the Bird Street Club and Soho House. Set back from the street and perched atop the circular driveway that can accommodate ten guest vehicles. This estate has been completely rebuilt to feature a center hall floor plan with a dramatic entry hall and circular stair case, mahogany billiards room, grand living room, dining room that can accommodate 14 dinner guests, chef's kitchen with Viking and Miele appliances, and exquisite 21 foot long gallery with French doors leading out to the yard. The primary bedroom boasts 14 foot vaulted ceilings, duel walk-in closets and duel baths with custom Barber Wilson faucets and towel warmers. Three fireplaces, cast iron windows, stunning moldings and stones complete this seamless renovation.

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageD - list celebrities pose as A-listers who demand a level of favoritism. The school went down in ratings over the last 5 years because academics are dictated by select uneducated parents who ask for donations. Donations and if your family has money is how you become prominent in this school. Kids don’t graduate with a solid education or good self esteem. The school is 90% white, not 70%. students graduate with a false sense of reality with a sense of white privileged— because quite frankly, the academics are below average. The school values materialism and is just not a nice place if you are not white or different in any way. People are afraid to declare that you are low income because — that’s just not cool. Do yourself a favor, stay clear of this school!Parent Review7mo ago - Hubert Howe Bancroft Middle School
