Freshly refinished hardwood floors, amazing built-in in the living space, remodeled kitchen and bathroom!! Lots of windows to bring in ample sunlight. Bedrooms are smaller sized, but ample living/dining space!!
Unit includes Heat
Residents pay for electricity and a portion of the water bill quarterly and electric. There is Coin Laundry in basement.

Our rental requirements are: Income of 3x the rent; credit score of at least 600 and positive rental history with no evictions or dismissals in the last three years, or ANY unpaid rental judgement from previous landlords.
Renters Insurance is required for the duration of the lease.
