Laundry room tucked out of sight just off the kitchen provides easy access. Large master bedroom and bath, second bedroom almost as large, third bedroom on the small side. Front bathroom was just remodeled with new tub and shower installed. New carpeting in the living room, hallways, and all three bedrooms. Garage offers a two shelved workbench, plenty of storage shelves along walls, and additional pantry cabinets. Quiet neighborhood, wide streets, two car driveway. Excellent Santee elementary and high school within a mile, Easy freeway access just blocks away. Yards....need some love and care. Owner will be re-landscaping front yard soon and will work with tenant on scheduling the work. Hottub on back patio, large back yard, hillside covered in plants and bushes.

Tenant responsible for electricity/gas, water/sewer, trash, cable/phone as desired. Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher provided. Inside laundry room. Washer and dryer not provided. Hottub works, empty now. Tenant free to use and maintain, but owner will not fix if it breaks. Owner will be landscaping front yard to low water use plants and ground cover over the summer.
