Hardwood floors, outdoor covered porch, spacious living room, dining room, and large eat in kitchen with checker board tile floor (gas stove). The bedroom and bath are on the smaller side. Gas heat and central air conditioning. This unique Central Phoenix property is an oasis in the city. Single occupancy (one person), and trained service dogs only, pets are not permitted, no smoking. $1195/month includes: one dedicated off street parking spot/sewer/trash/recycle. A monthly flat $25 for water and $25 for gas is in addition to the rental amount ($50). Coin-op laundry is on site. Walking distance or bicycle to everything the downtown scene has to offer (restaurants, bars, nightlife, museums, light rail, sports, concerts, hospitals, ASU). $1200 deposit, good credit (675 minimum), income and references required. 3x the monthly rent in income is mandatory for qualification. The space will be available on November 1st for a minimum 12 month lease. Landlord (me!) lives on site.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
