2 car garage, 9' foot ceilings in this 2 bedroom home with den in this Primrose model located on the South side. Some pictures aren't current. Exterior accent color is blue now not red. There is no furniture in the house it is unfurnished.

Sun city is a 55+ community with an abundance of amenities making it the-best place to live in South Carolina. It is like living in a resort with 7 pools,5 hot tubs, performing arts theatre, 180 clubs, 3 restaurants, 3 golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, croquet, bocce ball, wood shop, model train, rc boat and car and motorcycle club the list is almost endless. Live music at the pool and lake side almost weekly. comedy shows, tribute bands and art shows and social event monthly.

Long term tenant wanted with a one year or more lease. Never worry about maintaining your own home. As a renter you will never have to weed or mow or mulch your yard or clean out gutters or replace broken appliances. That is the beauty of being a renter. We are looking for a tenant who wants to settle down and live here forever and enjoy all that Sun City has to offer. This home is a great size not too big not to small. It is located in a quiet area of Sun City with less traffic. The owner pays for lawn service and pest control. All utilities the tenant pays. Sun city has a renter registration policy and CAM charges approximately $ 537 each person

    "Nearby car show events come frequently to area that is walkable from this neighborhood.We also have the University of South Carolina across the way which makes this neighborhood very desirable to any who have jobs or children that are looking to go to college without having the hefty bill of living on campus that usually comes with dormitory living. Overall, this community allows you to live near Hilton Heqd Islqnd without the hefty price tag and keeps you away from the busiest part of the area of Bluffton. It’s the best of both worlds. You live near all the popular tourist attractions, including Savannah, but are able to travel into any of the above mentioned locations within 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. Because this neighborhood is so close to Savannah, it will become your second home as you venture in often for the variety of dining, attractions and shopping. "
