*A mandatory additional $29/month resident benefit package (for up to 2 people named on lease plus $5 per additional person) is added to all leases and includes resident portal access, keyless unit access, positive monthly payment reporting to credit bureaus, identity theft protection thru Allstate and several other resident benefits.
*A non-refundable move-in report fee of $150.00 is required at the time of move-in.
