"Love Sugar Grove!!! Conveniently located to I88 and also LaFox train station for downtown commuters. Great communities to raise a family in and good schools. "

"Quiet, a residence for writing a novel. Safe, leave your car or front door open."
  • Sharon
"This subdivision is a excellent area for families and singles of all ages. The types of homes here are varied and has homes for growing families and and retirees. Golf, swimming pool, lakes, walking and bike trails from woods to open fields it has it all. The fees are reasonable and location is great with access to I-88, medical facilities, shopping and dining. I would greatly recommend this to anyone. I live on property that backs up to Presbury and am now buying my retirement home there. There is no public transportation here but it is not a necessity for most people. The Aurora public school district has a good reputation for education but there is a drug and gang question. There are several private schools, Aurora Central Catholic HS, Aurora Christian School, pre-K through HS, Rosary Girls Catholic HS and several Catholic and Lutheran grade schools not far away. "
