This is a one bedroom, no smoking /vaping apartment near Mcquades in the heart of Westerly, very walkable. This unit is on the second floor of a six unit building. Large eat-in kitchen, carpeted living room, with entryway closet for extra storage and large closet in the bedroom. There is one assigned off-street parking space and coin-op laundry in the basement. Tenant pays for electricity, gas, and any cable or Internet service.

Owner lives down the street. We do credit and background checks. Available immediately, prorated first month's rent, and security deposit.

It is indeed both frustrating and sad that we have one of the worst school systems in Rhode Island.
