Great location steps from downtown Westerly & a short ride to Westerly beaches. Large house (formerly an Inn) with 2-room suites for monthly rent. Pls Note: these units include 2-bedrooms & a full bath, plus use of all common areas, incl main kitchen, dining rm, decks & other shared spaces; Please Note: there is not a kitchen in the suite. Utilities are included. Individual refrigerator for use in common/shared kitchen with large designer stove/oven, cabinet space, sinks, etc. & (2) Washers& dryers on-premise. Rent is $1450/mo, then M2M w/1 mo security deposit required. PLEASE NOTE: On-line zillow application must be filled out prior to tour. Limited off street parking (for 1 small car) plus available parking on street. Zillow application must be completed prior to tour; (no app/no tour). Background & credit check required prior to move-in - must show proof of employment & be quiet, respectful person. No Smoking. No pets.

Upon expiration of original lease, it becomes M2M w/30-day written notification of termination by either party. Unit must be left in broom-clean condition without damage (accounting for normal wear&tear), and all trash must be removed. Upon proper notification, if tenant is still in possession after the 1st then the rent is due for that whole month-no proration.
