Free On-line zillow application must be filled out prior to walk-thru. Limited off street parking (for 1 small car) plus available parking on street. Zillow application req prior to tour; (no app/no tour). Background & credit check required prior to move-in - must show proof of employment & be quiet, respectful person. No Smoking. No pets.

Landlord pays for utilities (gas, electric, water, cable/internet & phone, etc). Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Upon expiration of original lease, it becomes M2M w/30-day written notification of termination by either party. Unit must be left in broom-clean condition without damage (accounting for normal wear&tear), and all trash must be removed. Upon proper notification, if tenant is still in possession after the 1st then the rent is due for that whole month-no proration.
