Included with the monthly rental is garbage and recycling pick-up. Outside lawn and garden services provided by lessor at an additional monthly cost(i.e.$100per month) . Electric, water/sewer, phone, and cable/internet to be paid by lessee.
Pets welcomed. Pet fees will apply according to need.
Absolutely NO Smoking is permitted inside of home.
The home is rented as a maintenance free home. All filters, batteries, light-bulbs, to be replaced by lessor.
