1. Lease Term:
The lease term shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the agreed-upon lease start date and ending on the corresponding date one year later, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Lease and applicable law.

2. Rent and Last Month's Rent:
The agreed monthly rent shall be due in accordance with the payment schedule stated in the Lease. The last month's rent shall be paid by the Tenant at the time of lease signing.

3. Utilities and Services:
The Tenant shall be solely responsible for all utilities and services associated with the Premises, including, but not limited to, gas, electricity, water/sewer, internet, cable, telephone, and any other utility or media service provided to or used at the Premises, except for any utility specifically stated in writing to be the Landlord's responsibility. The Tenant shall remain responsible for all charges incurred during the Lease term and shall maintain such accounts in good standing throughout the tenancy.

5. No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco or similar products is strictly prohibited inside the Premises and in any areas where prohibited by the condominium association or applicable rules and regulations.

6. No Pets:
No pets or animals of any kind shall be kept or maintained at the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Compliance:
The Tenant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, condominium association rules and regulations, and all reasonable rules governing the use and occupancy of the Premises.
