Dogs are permitted, subject to terms outlined in the lease. This is a 100% non-smoking property.

Parking is exclusive to this tenancy, with an attached garage that fits two full-size vehicles plus space for storage or a motorcycle, and a driveway that can accommodate approximately six to eight additional vehicles. A brand-new roof was installed, as well as all new LED lighting and full interior repainting completed in September/October 2025. Tenants will be provided two keys to entry doors and one garage door remote per bay (if applicable); replacements will be provided by the property manager at the tenant's expense, as outlined in the lease.

People will come and park at the edge of our neighborhood to walk their dogs. Everyone is courteous that there are children and drive slowly. Wide open streets with almost no traffic."
