Sylva is a beautifully eclectic community with lots of unique shops, breweries and restaurants. The view from this apartment is amazing and can be enjoyed from a deck located at the apartment entrance. The neighborhood is family oriented and peaceful.

This unit is a basement apartment. A one year's lease is required along with a deposit of $850.00 payable at the execution of the lease. Owner pays for Water, Sewer, garbage pick up and grounds maintenance. There is a no tobacco policy inside the unit which includes vaping, chewing and smoking. Access to the apartment is via steps from a parking lot.
