This can result in uneven learning experiences for students.Student Support Systems:Supports intended for students, including those requiring additional or specialized services, are not consistently implemented. As a result, the effectiveness of these supports can vary and does not always translate into meaningful or measurable progress.Leadership & Staff Treatment:At the district level, expectations and accountability do not appear to be applied consistently across staff.
