There are 17 primary and secondary schools, Casa Roble Fundamental or Bella Vista High Schools are in the San Juan School District; there is also six private schools.

This home is all electric, has dual pane windows, smoke and fire alarms throughout, recently updated with new paint, carpet, tile, laminate floor, granite kitchen top and breakfast bar. The garage is converted to a great room and has Lots of storage, could be used for family/ game room or business office, it has a private entrance and several windows, separately keyed to secure from rest of house.

The Kitchen has upgraded oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and large pantry. Dining room has breakfast bar and large enough to be a multi function room. The laundry has lots of cabinets and a large secured storage room. The living room features a wood burning stove and all bedrooms have mirrored closet doors, full bath at end of hall, master bedroom has French entry doors dual vanity, shower and two closets.

There is a automatic sprinkler system for the front yard a planters, the outside light is on a timer. The back yard has room for a small garden and features a large concrete area with basketball hoop.

There are several riding arenas and lessons available. Houses range from 350-1.4 million. "
