There's a shared space at the entrance where the tenant and owner share the laundry room with the entrance into the basement for the tenant. This two bedroom one bathroom home features 1,200 square feet of space with a large living room with a usable fireplace. All utilities are paid for by the owner as well as Comcast cable to all of the stations available. There's a cable box in the main room and a cable hookup in each of the bedrooms if cable is desired in those rooms.

Just make sure not to knock on there door everyday for sugar and not offer them any sugar back when you have some. The lady that lives across from me, she bakes some great Christmas goodies, the old man was helping my neighbor clean up our yard and saw me twitching in my sleep. Made sure I was ok. We’re about to move and I’m going to miss my neighbors dearly. "

I am moving to a private residence - so tired of the spat complexes INLY because there are a few who take no pride in living in apts as their home,ie, throw cups and other trash in the parking lots or shrubs, don’t clean the after their dogs, talk loudly on phones on their patio with no respect for others living close by, etc. I have also had some great apt. neighbors here ."
