Rent for this Master Bedroom Suite (1 bedroom/1 bathroom) for 1 person is $1,100 per month. Home is in Westminster in an established neighborhood; ideal location close to Wadsworth and Highway 36 for easy access to Boulder, Interlocken campus or downtown Denver. Room available now is the Master Bedroom on the main floor with an attached bathroom and walk in closet. Basement available for storage and laundry area. All kitchen appliances included, air conditioning and washer & dryer included. Beautiful backyard with mature landscaping, large deck, and garden beds. Home includes 2 car garage to be shared. Utility costs to be shared evenly by all 3 tenants. Tenant in basement has one cat that stays in the basement. At this time we are not allowing any additional pets. Looking for a clean, responsible and respectful roommate to join the current 2 tenants.

Just make sure not to knock on there door everyday for sugar and not offer them any sugar back when you have some. The lady that lives across from me, she bakes some great Christmas goodies, the old man was helping my neighbor clean up our yard and saw me twitching in my sleep. Made sure I was ok. We’re about to move and I’m going to miss my neighbors dearly. "

They'll follow you but can easily be scared away with yelling, clapping, and jingling your keys.)"

I am moving to a private residence - so tired of the spat complexes INLY because there are a few who take no pride in living in apts as their home,ie, throw cups and other trash in the parking lots or shrubs, don’t clean the after their dogs, talk loudly on phones on their patio with no respect for others living close by, etc. I have also had some great apt. neighbors here ."
