This is a very quiet building, with the other tenants being working professionals. It's located one block from the water front and bike path and 3 blocks for Church Street Market Place. I do not allow pets of any kind. This is also a non smoking building and the unit comes with 2 off street parking spaces.

It's a yearly lease. It includes garbage removal, water and sewer and hot water to the building and plowing. It's heated by natural gas, it's extremely cheap to heat because it's super insulated. Heating bills with be around 60 to 70 dollars a month on average. Tenants pay for heat and electric. The unit comes with 2 off street parking spaces, which is very important in Burlington

There is a grocery store, hardware store, pediatricians office, kids dentist and a could restaurants within a five minute drive (15-20 min walk). And the elementary school is just around the block. "

    "It’s a family friendly neighborhood close to everything! It’s unique in that there are 3 bike paths including trails that lead to lake Champlain which is only about 5 to 10 minute walk! Take another short walk to Ethan Allen park or cross country ski there in the winter including a wooden bridge that leads to Ethan Allen homestead. Enjoy craft beers at the simple roots brewery which is literally a 5 min walk. "
