This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment rarely comes up for rent. It's approximately 1000 s.f. It has 2 large bedrooms, one with a walk in closet. The living room features hardwood floors and vaulted ceiling with a skylight that fills the room with natural light. The kitchen has white cabinets and a cute breakfast bar for two. The unit heats for almost nothing, because it's super insulated and the heating system is natural gas. The apartments was recently painted and has newly installed carpets in the bedrooms. This is a very quiet building, with the other tenants being working professionals. It's located one block from the water front and bike path and 3 blocks for Church Street Market Place. I do not allow pets of any kind. This is also a non smoking building and the unit comes with 2 off street parking spaces.

It's a yearly lease. It includes garbage removal, water and sewer and hot water to the building and plowing. It's heated by natural gas, it's extremely cheap to heat because it's super insulated. Heating bills with be around 60 to 70 dollars a month on average. Tenants pay for heat and electric. The unit comes with 2 off street parking spaces, which is very important in Burlington

There is a grocery store, hardware store, pediatricians office, kids dentist and a could restaurants within a five minute drive (15-20 min walk). And the elementary school is just around the block. "

Enjoy craft beers at the simple roots brewery which is literally a 5 min walk. "
